We take great care to package your order securely.
Once shipped, delivery times and delays are the responsibility of the courier and outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
As items are personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the parcel arrives broken or damaged.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged.
Proof of damage (such as clear photos of the product and packaging) is required.
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
